Graduate degrees and programs desired are International Relations (emphasis in Asian or Pacific Studies); Master of Business Administration; Community Services Program; Systems Management/Business Program; Education Program; Counseling and Personnel Services Program; Public Administration; Economics; Human Relations; and International Relations (emphasis in Asian or Pacific Studies). The performance period will be 1 Sep 1998 - 31 Aug 1999 with four one year options to extend through 31 Aug 2003. Draft solicitations will be issued on or about 8 Oct 1996 and will close on or about 8 Nov 1996. Site visit to selected locations in Korea and Japan and preproposal conference in Washington, D.C., are scheduled during the months of February and March 1997.
