Undergraduate programs desired are Technical/Occupational Programs; General Education/Accounting/Business/Economics/Computer Science Lower Division; Asian Studies/Foreign Languages Training Lower Division; Distance Learning; and Upper Division College Programs. The performance period will be 1 Sep 1998 - 31 Aug 1999 with four one year options to extend the contract through 31 Aug 2003. Draft solicitations will be issued on or about 8 Oct 1996 and will close on or about 8 Nov 1996. Site visit to selected locations in Korea and Japan and a preproposal conference in Washington, D.C., are scheduled during the months of February and March 1997.
