Sources are sought to provide a program for Academic Skills/High School diplomas at overseas military installations in the Pacific Area. The programs desired are High School Diploma Program (Fixed Class/Tutorial); Academic Skills (Fixed Class/Tutorial); High School Diploma/Academic Skills Program (Multi-Media Learning Center); and Postsecondary Preparatory (Tutorial). The performance period will be 01 Sep 1998 - 31 Aug 1999 with four one year options to extend the contract through 31 Aug 2003. Draft solicitations will be issued on or about 8 Oct 1996 and will close on or about 8 Nov 1996. Site visit to selected locations in Korea and Japan and a preproposal conference in Washington, D.C., are scheduled during the months of February and March 1997.
