The work includes demolition of buildings of concreteblock, modular metal and wood frame construction along with demolition of pavements and various utilities. New construction consists of a 33,670 square foot, 2-story brick and structural steel office building with standing seam roof and associated siteimprovements, new pavement, landscaping and irrigation, area lighting, drainage improvements, utilities and incidental related work. The Govenment has 180 calendar days to exercise the Options. This solicitation has 5 bid options. Option 001, thatportion of parking immediately south of the new Squad Operations Bldg. as outlined on sheet C-6 including landscaping and irrigation as outlined on sheet L-1 and area lighting as outlined on sheet E-5. Option 002, that portion of roadways and parkingimmediatley west of the new Squad Operations Bldg. including Bldg. 58 as outlined on sheet C-7 and including landscaping and irrigation as outlined on sheet L-2 and area lighting as outlined on sheet E-5 and continuing on sheet E-6. Option 003, thatportion of roadways and parking immediately west of Option 002 as outlined on sheet C-7 and continuing on sheet C-9 including landscaping and irrigation as outlined on sheet L-2 and continuing on sheet L-4 and area lighting as outlined on sheetE-6.
