While other approaches may also be satisfactory, it is envisioned that the most likely approach will be to provide for a one to two point sub-slab venting system utilizing an in-line fan in an exhaust duct and the specifications are structured toward this type of installation. Any other approach offered by the contractor will be subject to Corps review and approval prior to award of the contract. This is a total small business set aside.
