This document contains technical data, subject to distribution restrictions, whose export is restricted. Only ''Qualified U.S./Canadian contractors'' registered on the DLSC Certified Contractors' Access List with a valid need to know may receive a copy of this solicitation/RFQ. To obtain this certification, a company must submit DD Form 2345 to the Commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, Attn: DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI, 49017-2084. NAVICP Mechanicsburg will not honor requests for a copy of the solicitation/RFQ unless accompanied by a properly completed DD2345 which has been certified by DLSC.
