This is an indefinite delivery type contract for a music director/organist for Roman Catholic services at the Naval Air Station Pensacola chapels. Such services include choral music in the form of anthems, responses and cantatas and organ music in the form of preludes, introits, hymns, anthems and postludes. Additional services include piano music in the form of accompaniment of solo performances, hymns, choral renditions, weddings, funerals, etc. Period of performance starts 06 Oct 1996 for 12 months. There are two option years. While price will be a significant factor in evaluating offers, final contract award may be based upon a combination of price and experience/past performance. Must have a strong background in music theory and performance in sacred settings including military chapel settings.
