The COMS services are in support of Helicopter Training Devices HH-60J, HH-25A and HH-65A and CPT Training Devices HH-60 and HH25. This is a new requirement and not a follow-on to an existing contract. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded subsequent to Full and Open Competition.
