Clutz (301) 619-2395 (Site Code DAMD17) The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Library has a requirement for ordering, receiving and distribution of reprints of articles published in scientific and medical journals, books, and other periodicals. The Contractor shall, within five working days or less, of receipt of a completed Reprint Request Form, submit to the appropriate publishing company, the reprint order and payment therefore, which may also require the submission of page charges, handling fees, manuscript submission charges, and other miscellaneous charges unique to that publishing company. The Contractor shall create and maintain a database of bibliographic citations of WRAIR publication transactions, as well bibliographic citations that the WRAIR Library may obtain through online literature searches or data calls. The Contractor shall produce and print at the end of each fiscal and calendar year an Index which must be approved by the Government for the Base Period and each Option Year that is exercised. SIC Code for this requirement is 7389 and $5M. The Government contemplates a Firm Fix-Price Contract with a base period and four (4) one year options.
