The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of an Energy Management System at the United States Penitentiary located in Marion, IL. Offeror to provide complete equipment, design, installation and technical services required to replace all existing control devices on the Heating and Air Handling systems located in the housing unit areas and air handling rooms of the penitentiary. Equipment provided must be compatible with existing Energy control system. Existing equipment includes a Trane Tracer L panel, two universal PCMS, and a Magnitronic 486DX2-80VL computer module with programmable control module, and universal programmable control module. Date and time for a site visit will be listed in the solicitation. Only one site visit will be available. Penal Institution, security requirements apply. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this requirement. Estimated solicitation issue date is 10/8/96.
