Solicitation M5-4-96 will establish a VA National Contract for various medical cylinder gases, such as medicinal carbon dioxide, gaseous nitrogen, nitrous oxide, gaseous oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Cylinders will be delivered to VA Medical Centers and Other Government Agencies located throughout the United States. Bids may be submitted for individual facilities or for regions which include multiple facilities. Only offers from suppliers that have an affirmative FDA Quality Assurance Evaluation will be accepted. Solicitation is for one base year and four option years.
