Haney, Contracting Officer, 334-953-3525 CNT F01600-96-R0023 Architect-Engineer Services - Open-End contract for civil engineering expertise for general construction projects to include alterations, repairs, civil, structural, surveying, and civil engineering systems, i.e. stormwater conveyance systems, sanitary sewerage conveyance systems, street/parking design, structural applications with projects concentrated in government facilities. Projects will be at both Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL and will consist of studies, reports, investigations, design and preparation for specifications and drawings. The government will award one indefinite delivery contract with a $5,000 minimum fee. No individual task order (delivery order) will exceed a fee of $299,000 and total tasking will not exceed $400,000 in fees for the initial contract term ending 12 months after contract award. One option to extend the contract for an additional 12 month period is provided. Projects will be accomplished for both appropriated and nonappropriated fund activities. Selection will be based on the following criteria, listed in decending order of priority: (1) Specialized experience; (2) Capability: Availability of key personnel; (3) Workload: Capacity of firm to do work in required time; (4) Past performance; (5) Location; (6) Prior DoD Awards, number of projects, and dollar value. Participation by small business firms and small disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged. Firms must include small business and small disadvantaged representations on their SF 255. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 8712. The size status is $2.5 million gross receipts for each past 3 fiscal years.
