This is a competitive solicitation under section 8(A) of the small business act (15 USC 637(A)). The contract will be for facilities management support services in the states of VA, WV, MD, DE, PA, NY, NJ, as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. There will also be a set of nationwide hourly rates for services outside this area. Services included are the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of all functions involved in computer system or network management.
