Description of Service: Contractor shall furnish certified Sports Officials for the following sports events at Malmstrom AFB, MT: flag football, basketball, softball, volleyball, and soccer. Flag football Sports Officials shall have received National Intramural Recreation Sports Association (NIRSA) training. Basketball Sports Officials shall be certified by National Federation of State High School Associations (NF) the National Federation from any state in the United States. Softball Sports Officials shall be certified by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). Volleyball Sports Officials shall be certified by the National Federation of State High School Association (NF). Soccer Sports Officials such be certified by either the United States Soccer Federation (USSR), National Federation of State High School Association (NF) or have received National Intramural Recreation Sports Association (NIRSA) training. The contract period will be 1 Jan 97 through 30 Sep 97 with two (2) Option periods from 1 Oct XX through 30 Sep XX. Tentative date for issuance of the solicitation is 25 Oct 96. Solicitation packages must be requested in writing and will be issued on a first come, first served bases. The proposed acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business. See Numbered Note 26.
