On September 23, 1996, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will utilize the Internet (Address: www.hud.gov/opc/opcrpcfm.html (in lower case letter only) to notify the general public and all interested parties of a draft solicitation document for comment for acquiring a Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) contract. Specifically, the Internet package will consist of an information cover letter; pricing tables, Statements of Work, Special instructions to Prospective Offerors, and Evaluation Factors. HUD would like all interested parties to suggest ideas and comments on this draft requirement. The services to be included in the CFM contract are: Audio/Visual Services, Custodial Services, Electrical Alterations/Cabling Services Elevator Maintenance Services, Landscaping Services, Locksmith Services, Mail Services, Messenger Services, Motor Pool Services, Moving/Receiving Services, Operations and Maintenance Services, Painting (Cyclical) Services, Parking Management Services, Space Alterations Services and Security Services. Comments and ideas provided will be considered by the Department for inclusion in the final solicitation package, however, the Department does not intend to respond to any questions regarding comments received to this draft document.
