TRAINING RANGES BRIEFING TO INDUSTRY The United States is blessed with a tremendous variety of air, land, sea, and undersea training range resources. As the 21st Century approaches, competition for use of those ranges will increase and pressures from the public and private sectors to justify their existence will continue to mount. This event provides the first ever opportunity for representatives from all services to discuss their service unique training range requirements and to openly discuss OSD policy issues with key DOD officials. Important issues such as environmental policy, air space regulatory matters, and land use imperatives will be discussed.
