about October 3, 1996 and close on or about November 15, 1996, with an
anticipated start up date of February 3, 1997. Requirements for the
Establishment and operation of a travel management center for US
enviornmental protection agency (EPA), the National science estimated
annual air ticket sales are $5.2 million, $4.3 million and $4.2
million, repectively. A minimum rebate for each agency will bemade
under the solicitation. This solicitation will be competed under full
and open compeition procedures. Requirements include: (EPA) a high
speed dedicated ticket printer and intinerary printer, shall be
established and maintained within a two block area of the agency'S
headquarters. EPA has already begun to MOVE and will continue through
calendar year 1999. The contractor may be required to relocate the
travel management center, at no COST to the government. The contractor
shall provide staff members who are trained and experienced federal
governemnt rules and regulations, as well as domestic and International
scheduling. The contractor shall provide two to three times daily
ticket delivery to various locations within the district of colummbia,
