The work includes environmental services and construction entailing a wide range of projects such as, but not limited to, AST/UST removal/ replacement/ remediation/ testing, asbestos and lead abatement, spill response and clean-up actions, facility decontamination and demolition, soil and groundwater remediation, site characterization and assessment, along with paving and wetland and dredging operations. The work will be confirmed to the following States: Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Cost and technical proposals will be solicited for the subject proposal and award will be based on the best considered. This is not a time and materials contract, but rather an indefinite quantity contract and includes a base year plus (2) option years. All unit pricing is based upon utilization of an environmental unit price book and database. The minimum amount to be ordered under this contract is $500,000.00.
