The system required must provide a deep penetration of plaza during the sterilization cycle; accommodate the sterilization of paper, linen, fibrous material; allows for materials used to protect instruments to be included during the process; environmentally safe; yields no toxic residuals or emissions; square chambers holding two metal baskets; dual phase process using two steriliants - one being of gas plasma and the other being a peracetic acid vapor; capable of adjusting the amount of steriliant delivered to the sterilization chamber based on load configuration; on-line diagnostic repair.
