The time remains the same at 2:00 PM MT. The following information is provided to clarify the requirements: All the SPARCs listed are manufactured by SUN; third party equipment has the manufacturers name listed with the items, the DTK 19 color monitor is attached to a SUN machine and has previously been covered as third party equipment under the SUN maintenance provisions; the SUN Silver service currently being provided is the normal Silver (5/8) with an added option of 7 X 24 telephone and on-site coverage on all the systems except for the two systems located in Texas - their service is on-site with 4 hours or next day service due to location. Approximately 30 to 40 service calls were placed during the last 12 months. The incumbent Contractor is Government Micro Resources.
