The requirement will include, but is not limited to the following: 1) Management of housing units and dormitories; 2) Providing the housing referral services; 3) Performance of housing assignment and termination functions; 4) Providing the housing walkthrough function; 5) Provide the housing inspection function; 6) Manage furnishings management/replacement program; 7) Performance of administrative tasks associated with housing management; 8) Working Commander's Interest Programs. A formal solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is to determine the availability of private commercial firms pursuant to Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) Part 7.303 and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (to better define the requirement) and a Contractor Capability Survey. Contractors must provide a copy of their approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Data Agreement, with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 certification by contacting Defense Logistics Service Center, at 1-800-352-3572. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined therefore the release of information to foreign sources will be determined at time of request.
