This acquisition is set-aside for Indian owned firms who quality for contract award under the authority of the Buy Indian Act 25 USC 47. In the performance of this contract, the contractor shall provide medical transcription services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Transcription services shall include transcription in the areas of: 1) medical; 2) laboratory/pathology and 3) radiology. Medical transcription shall include narrative summaries, correspondence, H&P's operative reports, STAT's and consultations; Laboratory/pathology/transcription services shall include surgical pathology reports (pathology, surgical and autopsy); and Radiology transcription services shall include radiographic reports. Period of performance shall be for one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. Proposals will be received until 4:30 PM, local time November 12, 1996.
