16 -- AVIONICS & AIRFRAME MODIFICATION TO FOUR RNOAF P-3C AIRCRAFT POC Contact, Patrice M. Jones, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program (AIP) - type modification effort for the Royal Norwegian Air Force P-3C aircraft. This foreign military sales includes avionics and airframe modification to four RNOAF P-3C aircraft. The procuring contracting officer intends to negotiate this requirement with the AIP contractor, Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems (LMTDS), 3333 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, Minnesota. LMTDS is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the P-3C AIP kit and is the only known company capable of performing this effort within the required time period.
