The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to acquire maintenance services for an existing PBX telephone system (Northern Telecom Meridian SL11/Option 61) originally installed in April 1986. The system consist of: 571 ports; One (1) Attendant analog Console; Four Hundred and Five (405) 2500-type Standard Telephone Instruments; Eighty seven (87) SL-1 multi-line sets; Six (6) 500 sets; One (1) disk/Type; Software: Version 1111; Release 17. The system is located in Newark, New Jersey. Period of performance is from award date with option to extend the service one (1) additional year contingent on availability of funds for Fiscal year 1997 and 1998. The maintenance service will begin as soon as the successful bidder has received proper security clearance. A walk-through of the site will be scheduled.
