Component Improvement Program (CIP) for the J52 and TF30 Series
Aircraft Engines. Services and Materials to be provided by United
Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, Government Engines and Space Propulsion,
West Palm Beach, Florida, the Sole Source designer, developer, and
manufacturer of the J52 and TF30 series engines, is the only known
source to the Government that possesses sufficient familiarity with
design, logistic support, and manufacturing data to perform this
effort. The period of performance will be 1 January 1997 through 31
