DMA is awarding two contracts from solicitations DMA402-96-R-0009 and DMA402-96-R-0010. If you are interested in replying, you need to submit one Standard Form 254 and 255 to be considered for both contracts. The correct synopsis does NOT include the requirement for a current TOP SECRET CLEARANCE in selection criteria number 2. It does contain seven selection evaluation criteria factors and it directs your attention to Notes 1 and 24. In addition the following information is added with this synopsis modification: 1. Selection criteria factor number 3 is changed to read. ''Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time and budget''. 2. The minimum amount for each Delivery Order is $2,000.
