The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the fabrication of ten (10) sluices to be installed at Killcohook, Fort Mifflin, and Pedricktown North Disposal Area. Solicitation DACW61-97-B-0005 will be issued on or about 23 October 1996 with a bid opening date of 12 December 1996 at 13:15 hours at the local place of bid opening. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
