Description of content: The draft regulation corresponds to the Standard ETS 300 135 First edition (September 1991). Some clarifications permitted in this Standard have been done. The Regulation currently in force was published by the former Telecom Administration (Televerket) and was based on CEPT recommendations. This Regulation will be replaced by a regulation of the Post and Telecom Agency based on ETS (European Telecommunications Standard). Some editorial changes have been done but no changes to the technical requirements. 7. Objective and rationale: Management of the spectrum. 8.
