following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article
10.6. G/TBT/Notif.96.252. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: SWEDEN. If

of the notified document: National Post and Telecom Agency Regulations
on Technical Requirements for Citizens' Band Radio Equipment in the
26,960 - 27,410 MHz Frequency Band. 6. Description of content: The
draft regulation corresponds to the Standard ETS 300 135 First edition
(September 1991). Some clarifications permitted in this Standard have
been done. The Regulation currently in force was published by the
former Telecom Administration (Televerket) and was based on CEPT
recommendations. This Regulation will be replaced by a regulation of
the Post and Telecom Agency based on ETS (European Telecommunications
Standard). Some editorial changes have been done but no changes to the
technical requirements. 7. Objective and rationale: Management of the
spectrum. 8. Relevant documents: ETS 300 135 First edition (September
1991). 9. Proposed date of adoption: 15 November 1996. Proposed date
of entry into force: 1 December 1996. 10. Final date for comments: 1
