H -- DIRECTIONAL INFRARED COUNTERMEASURE (DIRCM) PROGRAM ANALYSIS AND TEST SUPPORT SOL NA POC Ms. Jacqueline C. Foreid, Contract Specialist, (813)840-5450 The United States Special Operations Command, Special Operations Acquisition Center, Directorate of Procurement plans to modify an existing contract, USZA22-95-C-0035 for SCITec to support additional analysis and live fire missile testing for the DIRCM program. Engineering support is required to assist with the installation and integration of the test equipment with the DIRCM equipment at the Aerial Cable Facility, and to collect, measure, and analyze atmospheric conditions as well as radiometric measurement needed to evaluate the DIRCM performance. The intended source is SCITec Corporation pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, ''Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.'' SCITec is currently providing engineering services in support of live fire missile testing for the DIRCM and in this regard has developed unique algorithms, software interfaces, and instrumentation.
