Curtis A. Courtney, Contracting Officer, (606) 253-8885. The Federal
Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Cumberland,
Maryland, has a requirement for non-personal Psychiatric Services for
the inmate population. The individual to work under this contract shall
have a current, unrestricted license to practice psychiatry in the
state of Maryland. Work shall be performed within the institution, and
any individual working within the institution shall be required to
submit to Security Clearances. An estimated four sessions (one session
= four hours) per month will be required, for a total estimated amount
of 48 sessions during the course of this contract. This will be a
competitive procurement with award being made to the offeror determined
to be in the best interest of the Government, price and other factors
considered. These other factors are ''Technical,'' to include
Psychiatric Practice Setting and Years of Experience in a Correctional
Setting. The contract will be from Date of Award through twelve (12)
months. Solicitations will be mailed out approximately 10/10/96, with
a due date of approximately 10/30/96. It is anticipated this will
result in a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type award. All responsible
small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No
