EARLY INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT CONFERENCE This is a notification of intent to convene an Early Industry Involvement Conference for the purpose of inviting industry participation/comments on an anticipated acquisition F09603-96-R-21505 for the management of depot repair/modification of F-15 airframe, hydromechanical, electrical, and avionic assemblies and associated intermediate and depot support equipment. This is a FMS Requirement for a basic year and 4 Annual Options. The acquisition will be full and open competition. Conference will convene at 0830 a.m., 7 Oct 96, Museum of Aviation, Bldg 1500, Eagle Building, Hwy 247 Entryway, Robins AFB, GA. Attendance shall be limited to two persons per contractor. In addition to group discussion, interested parties will be afforded an opportunity for a one-on-one meeting with the Government Program Team. You must attend the group forum to be eligible for the individual meetings. One-on-one meetings will be scheduled in the order received. Attendance does not guarantee that any offerors will be considered for award when the solicitation results. Accordingly, the Gov't is under no obligation to reimburse any source for attendance at this conference or for any bid and/or proposal costs incurred in preparation of same.
