DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work is to provide temporary 3875 Liter Underground Storage Tank - Remove 7,500 Liter Underground Storage Tank and replace with the 7,500 liter double wall Underground Storage Tank at DFSP OZOL - Remove the temporary 3875 Liter Uniderground Storage Tank. Remove 3,384 Liter Underground Storage Tank and replace with 3875 Liter Underground Storage Tank at Concord Pump Station, Concord, California, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $$25,000 and $100,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract. --Contract duration is 120 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. There will be a charge for plans and specs that is yet to be determined.
