Concerns having the ability for providing residential community corrections center services for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the services shall be in Colorado Springs, Colorado area. Estimated RFP issue date will be October 26, 1996, estimated closing date will be December 21, 1996. The contract base period is 24 months with three-one year options to renew. The estimated total number of mandays for the base period will be 5,000 and 2,500 for each three year options. A requirement contract is anticipated.
