Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession contract authorizing the continued sale of cold soda drinks through vending machines only for the public at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial National Historic Site, Missouri, for a period of five (5) years from April 1, 1996, through March 31, 2001. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial National Historic Site, 11 North Fourth Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102-1882 (phone: 314-425-4468) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed contract. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This contract has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by the Superintendent not later than November 12, 1996, to be considered and evaluated. (267)
