Q -- RADIOLOGY/INTERPRETATION & TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES SOL RFP M97-0004/MD DUE 102396. Contact Point, Maxine Dineyazhe, Contract Specialist, or Jack Tarro, Contracting Officer, 520/871-1386. The Contractor shall provide personnel, transportation, and malpractice insurance to provide on-site radiology/interpretation and transcription services two (2) hours per clinic day two (2) days per week at Winslow Health Center, Winslow, Arizona. The Contractor shall read and interpret radiographs of films for all standard procedures and ultrasound studies. The Contractor shall also provide transcriptions for all interpretations. The Contractor's Radiologist must be board certified with the American Board of Radiology and possess a current valid license issued by any state of the United States of America, District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States. Resultant contract will be a definite-quantity type contract to be effective for an initial ten (10) month period with two (2) one (1) year option periods.
