The work includes the contractor providing unless otherwise specified, all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation as necessary to provide for new above ground vehicle lift. Vehicle lift must have 30,000 pound capacity. Contractor must also provide vehicle lift rolling jack. New jack must automatically lock at full rise with air-operated release locking latch. Rolling jack must have push button air operated hydraulic pump to provide control of raising and lowering vehicle. Tie into existing air piping system located in vehicle bay. Contractor must also provide attached vehicle ramps for drive-thru operation of lift. The dimensions of lift are as follows: (a) Overall length, twenty nine feet. (b) Overall width, fifteen feet. (c) Rise height, sixty eight inches. (d) Voltage, 208-230v (e) Max. wheelbase, two hundred seventy one inches. Concrete must be 6'' thickness, re-bar sized and spaced as mentioned below in concrete floor specifications. Contractor will bid on new concrete floor, lowering existing monitor well to finished surface of concrete floor. Monitor well must be provided with steel inspection cover. Contractor will make all electrical connections as required to make equipment operational. Specification of concrete floor are as follows: (a) 95% compaction, remove 18'' of gravel, fill with 12'' of new gravel compacted in 6'' lifts. Material to be used is mentioned in mdot, section 703.07 grade a. Concrete to be 6'' thickness, 3,000 psi, 6% air, 2''-4'' slump. Re-inforce with 6 x 6 - w 2.9 x w 2.9 w.w.f. Machine trowel finish. Concrete area size is 28 feet, by 14 feet, 6''. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is unrestricted.
