PY'95 Steam Conversion at the Potomac Job Corps Center in Washington, D.C. The work to be performed under this project consists of elimination of the center's dependency on the deteriorated and outmoded steam heating system, converting to gas-fired hot water boilers in 19 buildings and low-pressure steam boilers in 2 buildings for heating and domestic hot water, selective asbestos abatement, and related mechanical room architectural improvements, at the Potomac Job Corps Center, Washington, D.C. The estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The estimated completion time is 224 calender days.
