The Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, plans to issue solicitation IFB 126-0098 to remove and and re-tile the existing floor surface in the institution food service building at the Federal Correctional Institution, Bastrop, Texas. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all materials and labor to remove existing floor surface, clean surface and replace with quarry tile as indicated in the specifications and drawings, which will be included with the solicitation. A site visit is recomended. The estimated magnitude of this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation package will be available on or around October 15, 1996 with an anticipated bid opening on or around November 15, 1996.
