Only the source(s) previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. This brochure identifies technical data required to be submitted based on your company's experience in production of the same or similar item, or if this is an item you have never made. If your request for source approval is currently being evaluated at NAVICP-P, submit with your offer a copy of the cover letter which forwarded your request for source approval. NSN 7R-5821-01-252-5479-PF, Ref Nr 339050-501, Qty 76 EA, Delivery FOB Origin-----This is a requirement for establishment of a repair IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract for Television Camera Set components used on the F-14 aircraft. Due to the unavailability of drawings, only Northrop Grumman Corporation, ES&I Division, (22915), Hawthorne CA., the original manufacturer, will be solicited for the requisite repair requirements.The solicitation will be issued with a two year base period and i nclude a one year option executeable at the Government's discretion.The 76 each estimated quantity is for the combined base and option periods. In addition to the subject item, the solicitation will include repairs for 31 other Television Camera Set components.
