Eilenberger, Contracting Officer, 201-724-5522. This is a sole source to Armtec Defense Products, Co., 85-901 Ave. 53, P.O. Box 848, Coachella, CA 92236 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This effort requires a company with experience in performing laboratory, pilot plant,and manufacturing studies to identify and evaluate a minimum of eight replacement resins used in the production of the 120MM Mortar Increment Containers. The contractor must possess the requisite engineering staff, equipment and facilities, and expertise in the pulp molding process for the production of 120MM Mortar Increment Containers. The contractor shall conduct chemical and physical property tests of the identified resins. The contractor shall manufacture and evaluate 120MM Mortar Increment Containers for each selected resin.
