The U.S. House of Representatives is seeking to establish a bidders list for the future release of a Wide Area Data Communications Request for Proposal. At a minimum, interested parties must be able to provide all the following services: 1) Frame Relay to every LATA in the United States, 2) Private Line to every LATA in the United States, 3) T-1 Internet Access in Washington, DC. All requests for inclusion on the bidders list must include Company Name, Contact Person Name, Address, Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. In addition, demonstrated performance will be a qualifying factor. Therefore, certification of prior successful performance in all three service areas and two current or previous relevant contract references must be provided.
