SP4400-97-R-0003 will be issued on or about 15 Oct 96. Approximate closing date is 16 Nov 96. This will be a requirements contract for a period of eighteen (18) months with three twelve (12)month option periods. Performance will be requested on delivery orders issued against the basic contract.
