Pacific Contracting Center, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, has a requirement for acquisition of a Full-Time OB/GYN Ultrasound Technician for the Dept of OB/GYN, TAMC, with an option to extend the term of the contract for (4) years. The Ultrasound Technician shall perform a variety of complex ultrasound examinations of human subjects to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury. Shall receive and review request from examinations of patients. Determines the conditions at issue and the procedures and equipment necessary to best meet the needs of the individual case. Shall receive and position patient for examination, explain procedures and actions to allay fears and secure maximum cooperation.
