These support services will be performed at Department of State locations throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Some travel to domestic and overseas locations may be required. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity labor hour contract for one base year and four option years and option to extend services for a period of six months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services with contract performance to start March 1, 1997. The successful offeror must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret Facility clearance and the personnel to be assigned to perform work as a result of this contract must possess a clearance level of at least Secret. Offerors must request the solicitation in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or before October 30, 1996 with a thirty day response period.
