Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the installation of an elevator and other repairs and alterations (doors, partitions, etc.) at the Fulton, NY Main Post Office at 214 South First St. The estimated cost of the work is between $75,000.00 and $200,000.00, with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on October 29, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a September 30, 1996 at a cost of $20.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S.
