Floats are to be 18 to 20 inches long and capable of being removed and replaced. Barrier material to be PVC double impregnated polyester cord belting with U-V and marine growth inhibitors and be abrasion resistant. Color to be international orange or high visibility yellow. Towing adapters to be provided. Anchor points to be provided on each 100 foot section. Quantity 6400 feet. Required delivery to be on or before 20 December 1996.
