Quotes should include: monthly access charge per unit; peak/off peak charge per minute; number of free calls per unit per month; programming charge per unit; cancellation charges, if any; roaming fee, if any, for the Boston-Washington, D.C. corridor; if the prospective quoter has a sliding scale based upon the number of units in the account, this scale should be provided; any additional information the quoter believes is relevant.
