SERVICES FOR P-3 TRAINING DEVICES 2F87(F), 2F140(T), AND 14B53 AT NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) BARBERS POINT, HI POC Contract Specialist Kathryn Dillon (407)380-4675; Contracting Officer Kathryn Dillon (407)380-4675 Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) services with full supply support are to be performed on the P-3, 2F87(F), 2F140(T), and 14B53 training devices at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Barbers Point, HI. This contract will also include a priced option for moving these training devices from NAS Barbers Point to Marine Corp Base (MCB), Kaneohe Bay, HI. This contract will have a two (2) month mobilization requirement, commencing 1 June 1997 through 31 July 1997, and a two (2) month COMS period of performance for FY97. The contract will have four (4) twelve-month options for COMS with supply support, one (1) six month COMS option, and one two (2) month Transition Option. The trainer relocation will occur for a period of 4 months during the FY99 Option. Pre-proposal conferences/site surveys will be held at NAS Barbers Point, HI in mid-November 1996. Specific dates, time, and places will be announced in the solicitation. All interested parties may submit a technical proposal for consideration. All responses to this synopsis must indicate their status as a small business or small disadvantaged business and their intent to pursue this requirement as a prime or subcontractor. The Government has not yet made a determination regarding a small business set-aside. The SIC Code for this procurement is 8711, and the small business size standard is $20 million.
