PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to install a 2,500,000 gallon welded steel tank and appurtenances within the existing tank compound, relocation of existing 10 inch and 16 inch water lines; relocation of an overhead electric line below ground; and construct vaults fro a relocated metrer, valved fill and drawoff connections, and two separate altitude valves; a gravel road and parking area and incidental related work. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. This project is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1623 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is 200 calendar days.
