The work includes: A Source Selection Procurement which provides construction, alteration and repair of Government facilities. This will include all labor, supervision, design/engineering, tools,materials, equipment, transportation and management to perform all maintenance construciton and full construction work and all services described in the specification. This solicitation is for a base period of one to twelve months not to exceed 48months. This is a RFP which requires the submission of Technical and Price proposals. This proposed contract is being solicited on an unrestricted bases. Estimated date for receipt of offers is 26 November 1996. A pre-proposal conference is intendedto be held on or about the 07 November 1996. Estimated Cost Range: More than $10,000,000.
